Conveyancing Paralegal / Fee Earner

An excellent opportunity for a Conveyancing Paralegal with some fee-earning experience to join a fantastic Boutique Commercial firm. Join a thriving team of 5 lawyers in the residential conveyancing team.

The firm works on behalf of high-profile lenders and deals with great quality work, from commercial real estate Finance through to high-value dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Working on your own sales and purchase caseload with ample legal support, training and supervision if required.
• Liaising with clients and agents on sales and purchases
• Generating client bills to meet departmental targets
• Drafting documents and letters
• Assist on plot sales and other property transactions
• Assist on other work in the company as and when required including assisting other departments as and when required

Candidate Profile

• Experience gained as a property paralegal in a well-regarded law firm
• Clear and professional telephone manner
• Excellent computer skills
• Highly organised, efficient and proactive
• Excellent communication skills
