Hybrid Legal Secretary: Company Commercial & Secretarial

Confidential seeks a highly organised legal secretary with a legal background to support fee earners across all areas of law, with emphasis on company commercial and company secretarial work.

You will work with two partners in the company commercial department who are very busy, so you must manage files, AML/compliance, minutes, contract reviews, and meet tight deadlines. Hybrid work is limited; one day at home may be possible for the right candidate.
