Hybrid Customer Service Advisor – Pet Care

Pet Drugs Online, part of the IVC Evidensia family, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor in Keynsham. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 3 days per week on-site and offers a friendly, supportive team environment focused on delivering outstanding service across multiple channels.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping navigate orders, resolve queries, register online and liaise with suppliers.
