SEN Behaviour Support Assistant – Engage Learners

Vision for Education are recruiting a Behaviour Support Assistant to support pupils aged 4-11 with SEMH needs in a SEN school near Billingshurst. You will work with small groups or one-to-one, focusing on emotional regulation and re-engaging students in learning.

The role requires a Level 2/3 teaching assistant or Early Years qualification, a valid license and car for rural travel, and resiliency in a dynamic school environment. Immediate start offered.
