Omni-Channel Customer Service Specialist

Haier Europe is hiring a Customer Service Advisor – Omni-Channel at our Bolton Call Centre. You will liaise with customers via phone and live chat to arrange repairs, manage enquiries and provide empathetic, proactive service.
