Field Resident Liaison | Housing & Community Services

The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to join our Housing & Neighbourhoods team. This full-time, permanent role is field-based with travel across Greater Manchester.

As the face of Guinness, you will engage with homeowners and tenants, resolve issues, and work with Estate Services to deliver quick solutions that benefit residents.

You will need excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to manage your workload with little supervision.
