The role includes evenings and nights with enhanced rates, requiring NHSS 12C Supervisor qual or HGV licence, and a full UK driving licence.

Expect 40-50+ hours weekly, with weekend overtime and strong leadership expectations on site. Training and progression are provided within a robust safety framework.
