Customer Support Assistant

A well regarded city based investment manager is looking to recruit an Customer Services professional.

The role will focus on providing a high level of service to retail investors and financial advisers , handling queries and supporting the administration of a range of tax-efficient investment products.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage investor and adviser queries via telephone and email.
• Process investor transfers, redemptions and exits.
• Support investor communications, valuations, reports and factsheets.
• Assist the Retail Sales team with client and investor activity.
• Help improve processes, service levels and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate:

• 1 years’ experience in financial services, client services or a customer-facing role.
• Good understanding of financial services and retail investment products.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
