Onsite Weekend Customer Support Specialist

ZPos Ltd in South Marston is seeking a customer support assistant to help restaurants and their customers by telephone, email and live chat. You will work with at least one other staff member, receive full training, and support is needed during busy afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Key duties include notifying restaurants of outstanding orders, assisting customers to place orders via live chat, troubleshooting general technical issues and handling general administration.
