The Mare & Colt, a Greene King pub near Kidderminster, is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a busy site with warmth and professionalism.

You will lead by example, support the General Manager, and develop the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand standards and safety across the operation.
