Autism & SEN Learning Support Assistant

TimePlan Education is seeking a Learning Support Assistant in Rochdale to support students with autism and other special needs. The role involves 1:1 and small-group assistance, creating a calm learning environment and contributing to behavioural strategies within a large SEN school.

You will work with teachers, therapists and SEN staff to meet outcomes and EHCP targets, fostering emotional regulation and independence in students aged 11-16.
