We are currently recruiting for a Junior Engineer to join a leading manufacturing business in Kettering. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their engineering career within a fast-paced production environment.

The Role

• Support maintenance and engineering activities across the site.
• Assist with equipment repairs, servicing, and refurbishment.
• Support planned maintenance, breakdown response, and changeovers.
• Carry out machine inspections, adjustments, and basic maintenance tasks.
• Work closely with engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping.

About You

• Previous experience within manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, or a workshop environment.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop technically.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
