Asphalt Plant Operator: Training & Career Growth

Holcim UK is seeking a reliable Plant Operative to join a busy asphalt plant team at Sharpness. This is a permanent, site-based role with full training across all areas of the plant.

You will gain experience through the full production process, including asphalt mixing, loading operations and weighbridge duties, with ongoing training from day one. Hours are Monday to Friday 06:00–15:00, plus Saturdays 06:00–09:00.
