Estate Caretaker & Grounds Maintenance (Mon–Fri, SW London)

Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking an experienced Estate Caretaker for a housing association in South West London (Morden). This temporary 3-month role offers a potential move to a permanent contract, with PAYE £14.80 per hour or £18.71 umbrella.

You will clean and maintain internal, external and common areas of housing blocks, work 8am–4pm Monday to Friday, take pride in a tidy, safe environment, and support residents by keeping refuse chutes clear and areas disinfected.
