Script and Dot in Telford is seeking a highly organised Service Delivery Coordinator for an initial 12-month contract on site. You will coordinate customer requests, quotations, purchase orders and service delivery processes to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
You’ll work with customers, suppliers, logistics teams and internal stakeholders to maintain service levels, manage turnaround times and support outsourced services delivery.
