Operations Scheduler: Plan, Coordinate & Deliver

Connect2Swindon is recruiting an Operational Works Scheduler on a temporary contract in Swindon to support Swindon Council. The role involves planning day-to-day operations, allocating and re-booking jobs, and managing appointments to meet SLAs and KPIs.

You will use Dynamic Resource Scheduler and other IT systems, act as the first point of contact for operational teams, and coordinate pre-/post-inspections, reactive and scheduled repairs with up to 30 operatives.
