Customer Feedback & Service Advisor

Kent County Council is seeking a Customer Feedback Advisor to respond to enquiries and complaints relating to Growth, Environment and Transportation. You will manage a caseload of feedback to ensure timely and appropriate responses in line with council procedures.

The role requires excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills to liaise with managers and complainants, ensuring standards are met and casework is handled consistently.
