Retail Supervisor – Lead a Friendly Team to Great Service

Farmfoods is seeking a Retail Supervisor in Newcastle upon Tyne to join our shop management team. You will help run the shop in the manager’s absence, ensuring customers are looked after and daily operations run smoothly.

You will open/close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop a small team of retail assistants, while controlling costs and maintaining a safe, tidy environment.
