Learning Support Assistant – Shepherds Bush

Milk Education are working with a welcoming primary school in Shepherds Bush who are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join their team from October. This is a classroom-based role supporting pupils with their learning and working closely with the class teacher throughout the school day.
The Role
- Support pupils during lessons and classroom activities.
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support where required.
- Help pupils access the curriculum and complete learning activities.
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement.
- Assist the class teacher with resources and daily classroom routines.
- Build positive relationships with pupils and support their independence.
About You
- Previous experience working with children is essential.
- School or classroom experience is desirable.
- Patient, positive and approachable.
- Confident supporting children with different abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and committed to working in a primary school.
