Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 basic per annum (Tailored from Service Tech through to Diagnostic Specialist)
- Bonus: Uncapped monthly bonus scheme (£300 – £600+ typical extra per month)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:30 (NO WEEKENDS | Enjoy every single weekend off)

Role Overview
Seeking a Service & Diagnostic Specialist to join our main dealer workshop in Worthing, carrying out routine servicing, mechanical repairs, electronic fault-finding, MOT prep, and hybrid/EV maintenance across the full VAG lineup.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or equivalent time-served experience)
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in routine servicing, mechanical maintenance, or electronic diagnostics
- Positive attitude and a strong hunger to upskill into a certified Diagnostic Specialist
- Full UK driving licence & own tools
