Floor-Ready Assistant Manager | Bar, Kitchen & Events

Osteria Teatro in Greater London is seeking an experienced, hands-on Assistant Manager to help lead the venue and support its growth. You will be visible on the floor, lead shifts independently, supervise the bar and coordinate with the kitchen to deliver a warm, memorable service.

You will open and close the venue, manage guest experience, resolve issues, support rotas and stock control, and help convert enquiries into bookings and private events.
