We are currently recruiting for experienced Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join a busy site in Bilsthorpe.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering a 4 days on / 4 days off shift pattern, providing plenty of days off and a great work-life balance.
The Role
As a Counterbalance FLT Driver, your main responsibilities will include:
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving stock, materials and products around the site
- Loading and positioning goods ready for dispatch
- Supporting warehouse and production teams
- Completing daily forklift safety checks
- Ensuring materials are stored safely and correctly
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
- Following all site health and safety procedures
About You
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Counterbalance FLT Driver who:
- Holds a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
- Has recent and relevant Counterbalance FLT experience
- Is reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
- Can work confidently both independently and as part of a team
- Has a positive attitude and is willing to get stuck in
- Is comfortable working a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern

4 Days On / 4 Days Off – Day Shift
This rotating shift pattern gives you 4 days off after every 4 days worked, offering excellent time away from work and a good work-life balance.
