Impactful SEN Learning Support Assistant (Autism)

TimePlan Education is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for a large specialist SEN secondary school in Rochdale. You will provide targeted support to students with ASC and complex learning needs, working alongside teachers and SEN staff to create a calm, safe learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting young people with autism or challenging behaviour, a patient and resilient approach, and a commitment to safeguarding and personal care where required.
