We are recruiting for a Production Operative – Part Marking to join a well-established aerospace manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing or production experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities for the Production Operative:

  • Mark aerospace components using approved marking equipment and processes.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and production documentation.
  • Carry out visual inspections to ensure markings meet quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate production records and ensure full traceability.
  • Handle components carefully to prevent damage during the marking process.
  • Follow health and safety procedures and maintain excellent housekeeping standards.
  • Work closely with production and quality teams to meet manufacturing deadlines.

What you will need for the Production Operative role:

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Comfortable following detailed work instructions and procedures.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience within aerospace, engineering, or precision manufacturing would be advantageous but is not essential.
