Part-Time Lettings & Property Coordination Specialist

Dove & Hawk in Barnet is seeking a Part-Time Lettings Administrator to support the Lettings and Property Managers within a busy property management team. The role is designed to help manage Section 13 notices, periodic tenancies and overall lettings progression through to tenant move-in.

Working 20-25 hours over 5 days, the office-based position offers negotiable hours with onsite parking and a salary of £19,000 to £24,000 per year, depending on experience.
