Grounds & Maintenance Technician

The Fairways care home in Chippenham, operated by MHA, is hiring a Maintenance Worker / Gardener. The role covers upkeep of buildings, grounds and services to create a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff. 37.5 hours per week at £14.61 per hour, with an emphasis on health and safety and collaboration with contractors.

You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, oversee gardens, monitor heating and lighting, and support risk assessments and training as required.
