Hybrid Part-Time Admin Assistant – Salesforce IMS

The National Lottery Heritage Fund in Birmingham is recruiting a part-time Business Delivery Assistant on a permanent contract with hybrid working. You will provide a wide range of administrative support to the Midlands & East Area team, help maintain records, and assist with the operation of our Salesforce IMS system.

The role involves checking new applications, supporting colleagues and customers, and assisting the Senior Business Manager with meeting administration.
