Experienced Residential Property Portfolio Manager

Rolitex Estates in Greenford seeks an experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee day-to-day management of our residential portfolio. You will build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, coordinate maintenance and tenancy matters, and ensure compliance with current requirements.

You will work primarily with PayProp and Dezrez, manage rent payments and landlord/tenant records, handle renewals and deposits, and drive a professional, timely service from start to finish.
