Youth Job Coach for Learners with Disabilities (Part-Time)

Manchester City Council’s STEPs team is recruiting part-time job coaches to support young people with learning disabilities in work placements and to help them gain confidence and employability skills. The role operates within a small team, under a Work Placement Coordinator, delivering practical day-to-day support and ensuring meaningful workplace experiences.

You will engage with employers, plan activities, and contribute to successful progression toward independence.
