37.5 hours per week

As a Customer Services Advisor at our Hospital Central Site you’ll bring great communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone. You’re flexible, motivated and you show plenty of initiative. You also have basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.

As a Customer Services Advisor, you will:

To handle customer enquiries (both telephone and internet), supplying potential customers with information about the services offered at the hospital including providing procedure quotations & nurturing the patients pathway.
To support the Hospital Bookings Teams to ensure that customer requirements/queries are effectively dealt with.
To introduce new processes to improve customer advise and service, as required
To support the definition, development, communication and implementation of business development and marketing plans and activities.
To provide advice and guidance to other team members and the wider hospital
To develop constructive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
To promote the Nuffield Health brand consistently across all stakeholders, supporting the implementation of national brand values and guidelines.
