Automotive Parts Advisor – Telesales & Customer Service

Charles Hurst Newtownabbey Kia is seeking a proactive Parts Advisor to join our busy dealership. You will handle inbound calls and outbound inquiries, upsell parts, and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.

The role is permanent, full-time, with a 44-hour week (08:00–17:00 Mon–Fri, plus Saturday mornings on rota). We offer salary of £29,444 plus bonus up to £3,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.
