Front Desk Manager: Lead Guest Experience & Team Growth

Delta Hotels by Marriott Swansea is seeking a confident Front Desk Manager to lead our busy Front Office team and be at the heart of our guests’ Marriott experience. You’ll own the day-to-day operation of Front Desk and Night Operations, guiding a 10+ person team to deliver outstanding service.

You’ll motivate staff, resolve guest issues with care, maximise same-day revenue, monitor costs, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.
