Youth Care Support Worker – On-Site, Training & Growth

Andmu in Colchester is seeking dedicated support workers to join two homes caring for young people aged 16–18. You will work as part of a collaborative team, supporting independence in Ofsted-aligned settings and promoting positive outcomes.

Ideal candidates have prior care experience, strong communication and observation skills, and a willingness to learn. Flexible shift patterns include days, weekends and nights in a full/part-time arrangement.
