FLT Operator: 4-on/4-off Warehouse Driver (Temp to Perm)

The Recruitment Group is seeking an FLT Operator for our client based in Rothley, near Leicester. This temporary-to-permanent role involves operating a forklift, loading/unloading, and maintaining a safe, tidy warehouse environment.

During training you’ll earn £13.00 per hour, rising to £16.25 once training is complete. Hours are 9am–5pm on training, then a 4 on 4 off pattern totaling about 42 hours weekly, with strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.
