Fitness & Wellbeing Manager: Lead Teams & Programs

Sodexo at GSK HQ is seeking a Fitness Manager to lead the fitness operation, ensuring a high-quality, engaging and safe experience for members. You will support the management of the fitness team and freelance instructors, and help develop new wellness initiatives.

You will deliver a varied programme of fitness and wellbeing classes, supervise 6–10 classes weekly, conduct gym inductions and assessments, and uphold Health & Safety standards with a proactive, energetic approach.
