Service Coordinator – Scheduling & Customer Care (Temp)

Dale Power Solutions is hiring a Service Coordinator (UPS) in Scarborough. The role covers maternity leave for about 15 months, working Mon-Thu 8.30am-4.50pm and Fri 8.30am-3.10pm. You will coordinate engineers, tools and materials, manage invoicing, and work with the Contracts Manager on contractual requirements.

You’ll identify planned, remedial and reactive works and ensure customer expectations are met. A proactive communicator with 2+ years’ service experience is ideal.
