Associate Engineer, IT Operations & Security

Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) is seeking an IT Helpdesk Engineer to join UK NACE’s IT Operations team in Old Stratford. You will support core infrastructure, follow ITIL-based policies, and ensure service-level agreements are met.

We value hands-on experience, a solid ITIL grounding, and the ability to analyse incidents, communicate clearly with users and colleagues, and contribute to secure, reliable government IT services.
