Village Hotels in Farnborough is seeking a Pub and Grill Assistant Manager to drive operations across all Food & Beverage areas. You will own shifts as Duty Manager, lead pre-shift briefings, and translate commercial strategy into floor actions.

You will monitor costs, control stock, support EBITDA targets, develop the team, and champion our local marketing to attract guests and push us toward top Trip Advisor rankings. A positive, energetic attitude matters most.
