Senior Garment Technologist

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Garment Technologist to join a growing fashion and activewear business on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract.

You will work across the full product development process, ensuring high standards of fit, quality, functionality and technical performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical fit development and critical path deadlines
• Maintain quality, fit and grading standards
• Conduct fit reviews, wearer trials and sample tracking
• Work closely with Design, Buying and Supplier teams
• Support factory inspections, audits and corrective action plans
• Review customer feedback and returns data
• Oversee fabric testing and technical approvals

About you

• 6-8 years’ garment technology experience
• Previous senior or managerial responsibility
• Strong sportswear or activewear technical knowledge
• Excellent understanding of garment construction, patterns and manufacturing
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
