We’re working with a hugely successful, entrepreneurial consumer brand looking for someone to join the private office of its Founder. This is not your traditional PA role – it’s a fantastic mix of creative projects,personal support and plenty of variety, with roughly 70% creative and 30% PA responsibilities.
Alongside managing diary and travel arrangements, you’ll be involved in a whole host of interesting projects designed to help develop the founder’s brand and ideas. This could include consumer research, social media, marketing, events, graphic design, packaging and label concepts and plenty of ad hoc creative projects.
You’ll need to be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, highly organised and comfortable juggling lots of different projects.
You’ll work alongside an experienced EA who manages the wider day-to-day, giving you the opportunity to focus on the creative projects and ideas that need bringing to life.
What we’re looking for
This role needs a slightly unusual combination of skills – someone who is genuinely creative but also highly organised and happy getting stuck into PA responsibilities.
You might come from a background in:
- Graphic design, fashion, marketing or another creative discipline
- Creative project work or events
- Marketing or brand support
- A PA/support role where you’ve developed a strong creative skillset
- Your own creative business or entrepreneurial venture

This role is based Monday – Friday in lovely offices in Victoria, London.
