SEND 1:1 Teaching Assistant

Moore Teachers is working with a welcoming and inclusive Good-rated primary academy, recognised for its supportive environment, strong leadership, and commitment to ensuring all pupils achieve their potential.

The role:

• Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 6 pupil




• Supporting a child with potential ADHD who does not present with high-level needs




• Encouraging engagement, focus, and confidence within the classroom




• Working closely with the class teacher and SEND team to support learning and progress




• Promoting positive behaviour and independence

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous SEND experience, particularly supporting pupils with attention and concentration difficulties




• Be patient, adaptable, and proactive




• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents




• Be committed to helping children thrive both academically and socially
