Maths Teacher – Ash, Surrey
Location: Ash, Surrey. Position: Maths Teacher. Contract: Full-time / Part-time. Start Date: ASAP. Salary: £150-£220 per day, depending on experience and qualifications.
Teaching Personnel are currently working with a welcoming secondary school in Ash, Surrey, who are looking for a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to develop their career within a supportive school environment.
The Role
- Planning and delivering engaging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Supporting students to develop their mathematical knowledge and confidence
- Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners
- Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Working collaboratively with colleagues within the Maths department
- Contributing to the wider life of the school
The Ideal Candidate
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Have experience teaching Maths within a secondary school setting
- Have a strong knowledge of the Maths curriculum
- Be passionate about supporting students to achieve their potential
- Have excellent classroom management skills
- Be reliable, enthusiastic and committed to their role
- Be able to build positive relationships with students and staff
- ECTs are welcome to apply, with support available throughout your placement.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
