Firefighter Training & Development Coach — Blended Learning Leader

Matchtech is recruiting a Firefighter Training & Development Coach to join a specialist training team in the Gloucestershire area. This permanent, full-time role delivers practical and theoretical fire and rescue training across professional development programmes, qualifications and private sector courses.

The successful candidate will hold a firefighter instructor qualification with uniformed training experience, and demonstrate strong knowledge of the fire sector.
