Security & Fire Prevention Lead (4-on/4-off, 12h shifts)

Carlisle Support Services is seeking a Prevention Officer for our Merica Park site. The role combines first response medical care, fire safety compliance and security leadership within a small, dynamic team on a rotating days/nights pattern to ensure a safe, compliant operation across the site.

You will lead on-site activities, manage medical incidents with FREC 3 training provided, uphold fire safety, and promote a security‑minded culture.
