Senior Education Leader – Special Needs School

Ingfield Manor School, part of Salutem Care and Education, is seeking a senior leader to join the provision’s leadership team. The role involves day-to-day operational leadership, supervising teachers and HLTAs, and overseeing pastoral care for all 56 students in collaboration with the Safeguarding lead.

The post requires deputising in the absence of the Head of School and teaching when necessary to ensure continuity of learning. A commitment to safeguarding and holistic development is essential.
