Member Support Advisor: Club Services & Customer Experience

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Member Support Advisor to join our hub-based team in the UK. You will handle member queries across chat, phone and email, delivering accurate, timely responses and building positive member relationships.

Office-based role with shift patterns 9:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00. The ideal candidate has outbound calling experience, strong customer service skills and a drive to hit targets, with excellent communication and organisational abilities.
