Customer Service Team Member – Fast-Paced Shop & Drive-Thru

Greggs plc is seeking Team Members to join our stores in the United Kingdom. You’ll deliver fast, friendly service and keep the shop clean while preparing popular Greggs products.

This role spans in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive‑through channels, aiming to create a brilliant customer experience whether customers order in-store or online. No prior experience is essential as full training will be provided.
