The Commercial Hotel in Biggar is seeking a dedicated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. You will help our Head Chef deliver high-quality dishes across the restaurant, functions, and other food outlets.

You’ll start by setting up your station, work across sections, keep areas clean, and learn from experienced colleagues. We offer above-minimum wages with 10% service charges and all tips retained by the team. We provide free meals on shift and wellbeing resources.
