Defence Catering Supervisor – Part-Time Leadership

Compass Group UK&I Defence is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all catering and service operations on a part-time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week. You will ensure kitchens and service counters run smoothly and deliver exceptional food experiences.

You’ll lead teams, monitor KPIs, uphold Health & Safety standards, and act as the face of the brand across military sites. A minimum of two years’ catering experience and Basic Food Hygiene certificate are required.
