KS1 Phonics & Literacy HLTA – Full-Time Liverpool

Aspire People are recruiting an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a two-form entry primary school in Liverpool. This full-time position starts January 2026 and involves delivering targeted phonics and literacy interventions to Key Stage 1 pupils, helping them progress in reading and writing.

You will support planning, assessment and monitoring with the class teacher and SENDCo, create engaging learning environments, and provide regular feedback to colleagues.
